Cancellations, Returns, & Warranty
Any order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of when the order was placed. After that time a restock or cancellation fee of up to 25% may be applied. ALL canceled orders placed with Paypal or a Credit Card will incur a 2.2% cancellation fee to recoup the transaction fees for using these payment methods.
Damaged Items: If an item is damaged in shipping, indicate “Damaged” when you sign for the delivery. Keep all paperwork, boxes, and packing materials. Call us within 24 hours of the delivery for further instructions. Do NOT refuse the delivery.
Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received an incorrect order, or partial order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Always check part numbers and fitment before installation of any parts. If you ordered a wheel set without tires mounted, confirm correct fitment before mounting tires on the wheels. Once tires have been mounted, returns will not be accepted for improper fitment. If the customer ordered the incorrect part, you may return or exchange the part, but you will be responsible for return shipping and a restock fee may apply.
Don’t Want an Item: All returns must be authorized by Rotation Industries prior to return. All returns must be in new condition. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number and return instructions. All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, as well as proper packing of the returned items. We will NOT accept returns of items damaged due to improper packing by the customer. A restock fee of 25% may apply. If you ordered a wheel set without tires mounted, we will NOT accept returns if tires have been mounted by you or your shop.
Lost or stolen: If an item is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the shipping company to the correct address, Rotation Industries will NOT be responsible for refund or replacement. If you would prefer to have the package sent “Signature Required” please notify us before shipment.
All manufactures warranties will be honored for items sold by Rotation Industries. Each manufacturer has different coverage terms and conditions, please ask your sales associate for further information on any warranty coverage. Rotation Industries will administer all product warranties, do NOT contact the manufacturer unless instructed. If you have a warranty claim, please contact Rotation Industries to receive further instructions. Manufacturers’ warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Shipping from the customer to Rotation will NOT be covered, however shipping of a repaired, or replaced, part will be shipped to the customer at no charge within the continental USA.
Rotation product Warranty
Limited Warranty: Rotation Industries products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing or material defects. Rotation will repair, or replace, the part and is NOT responsible for any labor costs. If you have a warranty claim, please contact Rotation Industries to receive further instructions.
Chrome Limited Warranty: Rotation Industries chrome products have a standard 2 year warranty. Chrome parts must always be maintained, cleaned, and protected on a regular basis to ensure longevity and appearance. Road salt, humidity, and sand are most harmful, and should be cared for immediately. Washing with mild soap and water and then protecting the finish with a high quality wax, after exposure to harmful conditions, will help prevent chrome issues. Rotation suggests removing wheels on an annual basis to complete a thorough cleaning and waxing. Abrasive cleaners or waxes should NOT be used. After inspection of the part, Rotation will make the determination if the part has been properly cared for, maintained, or abused. Rotation will repair, or replace, the part if deemed to be covered under warranty. No labor costs will be covered. Shipping from the customer to Rotation will NOT be covered, however shipping of a repaired, or replaced, part will be shipped to the customer at no charge within the continental USA.
Rotation 2 Year Black Wheel Limited Warranty: Rotation Industries offers a 2 year black wheel limited warranty on Rotation’s line of custom wheels. This includes the “Darkside” series, flat black, and gloss black. Rotation suggests removing wheels on an annual basis to complete a thorough cleaning and waxing. Abrasive cleaners or waxes should NOT be used. After inspection of the part, Rotation will make the determination if the part has been properly cared for, maintained, or abused. Rotation will repair, or replace, the part if deemed to be covered under warranty. No labor costs will be covered. Shipping from the customer to Rotation will NOT be covered, however shipping of a repaired, or replaced, part will be shipped to the customer at no charge within the continental USA.
Rotation 6 Year Chrome Wheel Limited Warranty: Rotation Industries offers a 6 year chrome wheel limited warranty on Rotation’s line of custom wheels. The warranty is only valid on purchases inside of the continental United States. Products sold internationally will default to the standard Chrome Limited Warranty. The 6 year warranty cannot be transferred: claim must be made by the original owner and wheels must be on the original bike. Customer must register the warranty with 90 days, by going to www.rotation.mx/warranty-registration.html. This is found under the Warranty Section of the Tech page on www.rotation.mx. Customer must provide original receipt and warranty confirmation from Rotation Industries to complete a warranty repair or replacement. If the customer does not complete the registration, or does not have necessary paperwork, the warranty will default to the standard Chrome Limited Warranty.
Rotation Small Parts Warranty: Rotation Industries offers a 90 day limited warranty on brake rotors, pulleys, brake pads, and hardware. These parts are considered “wear” items, however Rotation does cover manufacturer defects of these parts for 90 days. If an issue is found, please contact Rotation within 90 days to receive further instructions.
State Law Rights
Not all states allow exclusion of consequential/incidental damages or a limitation of the duration of implied warranties. Depending on state you live, some of the warranties may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and there may be other rights that apply to you based on the state you reside.
All dealers for Rotation Industries are subject to our pricing and advertising guidelines. Rotation Industries reserves the right to suspend or revoke a dealer’s status due to misuse or misrepresentation of our products, as well as advertising below our suggested retail price.
